Despite a few issues like crowded common areas and canceled spa appointments, the hotel's central location, beautiful atrium, and friendly staff made up for it. Overall, a pleasant experience with decent room service and fun activities for all.

Truly exceptional, spotlessly clean hotel, but with bad view. Well-appointed rooms, very comfy bed, knowledgeable personnel. The buffet breakfast was light, I loved that it offered variety of meals. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the roof top bar.

The boat taxi to Georgetown was a unique and enjoyable experience. the hotel's wellness facilities like the spa and indoor swimming pool added to my relaxation. Exploring nearby landmarks such as the Air Force One Experience and The Awakening Sculpture further enriched our family bonding experience.

Certainly a very good experience for celebrating birthday in National Harbor. Eggs, slices of fresh bread and pastries for breakfast were outstanding and well presented.

My spouse and I recently stayed at the stunning Gaylord hotel for our 28th anniversary. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, with breathtaking views of the Potomac River. The central atrium and village-like atmosphere with shops and restaurants added to the charm. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and appreciated the complementary bottled water. The person at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, offering us late check out and free parking after we expressed our concerns. The location was perfect, with the ferris wheel right in front.

Unfortunately, this setup was extremely inconvenient for multi-generational travel with our grandchildren. However, the hotel itself was in a beautiful location near a charming harbor. We were also excited to visit the Christmas village, but it was a bit disappointing that our children couldn't ride certain attractions due to their height. It would be helpful if the village had standard sizing so that parents have options for their kids.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's situated very conveniently and close to all events at the convention center. The best part is the proximity to a charming area filled with harborside restaurants and a variety of cuisines. It's easy to travel around without renting a car. The room was clean and had a great view. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has plenty of great facilities including access to the Ferris Wheel and outlets or MGM DC, making it perfect for a family visit, especially for the Christmas event.

The only downside, unfortunately, was that we didn't get the expected perks of our Marriott membership, which was a slight disappointment.

The resort was massive and had everything you needed in one place, including restaurants, shops, and even a ferris wheel. the meeting rooms were well-maintained and the food served during the conference was surprisingly good.

The lifeguard at the pool seemed distracted and not attentive to the crowded pool, which was concerning. Additionally, the service at the Belvedere lounge was not up to par, with one server trying to handle an over capacity crowd.

This place has an amazing location near different stations and on the Potomac River, which made it easy to explore. The service was exceptional, with car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services available. Our room was equipped with ironing facilities and had a safe, too. The dining experience was delightful with a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, and staff displayed exceptional customer service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends, especially because of the incredible services offered by the staff.

The atrium view at Gaylord was absolutely delightful! We had the opportunity to witness a traditional Indian wedding ceremony, which was incredibly interesting. the facility exceeded our expectations and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We would definitely recommend it to others. We also loved how close it was to National Harbor.
